We do them a lot, and yeah, they're no fun. We charge for both sides, plus an additional $0.20 for a pellon charge on each side. However, all the ones we see are nylon, but don't need catalyst. As far as the sticking to the chest, that's the nature of the beast. Maybe using CAD cut materials like ThermoFilm would work better. They are very thin and very opaque. Just a thought.
