  Hi Andrew.
I would suggest that if you can, return the unused inks and purchase inks from QCM. They are Phthalate free. For PVC free inks...this is water base inks.
For the ink that you've already opened and been using, I would suggest that you use more extender until it's workable, then cure longer. Be sure prior to adding any extender that you mix the ink really well. This may help you as well.
