Couple of points here... First, and most importantly, if you are just printing for youth only you don't have to use non-phthalate inks. The non-phthalate rule is only for infants, toddler...basically kids under 3, and for articles that facilitate eating or sleeping. I don't know if your client is making the ink request, or if you just feel obligated to use this ink yourself.
