I have about fifteen custom platens for all the different products we print. Cd's, lighters, koozies, hats, guitar picks & straps, mouse pads, signs, dog tags....

Why don't you order some blank koozies and try it out? Plastisol is fine. A sleeve platen might be too wide to handle the kooz so you might end up making a platen. It's easy to do. Malemine works best for me - it's 29.00 for a 4'x8' sheet at the Ho Depot.

We try printing new things all the time, hit up the dollar store and you'll find some cool things to print on. Then find the wholesaler of that product and now you have something else to offer. Just something we do here - Jay
