thanks for that info - ive always wondered how a metal one functioned - it seems like it would store more heat - i do use the platen to dry the whole shirt w/ the flash dryer (until i can find a used conveyer dryer asap hopefully lol) i ended up going to lowes and getting a full 8ft sheet of MDF and we cut it down and put the bracked on the back - i sanded the corners a little so it wouldn't snag... im not sure how the spray adhesive will 'stick' on bare wood, i havent tried printing on it yet, but at $85 a pop, ill try this for a little while lol...oh yeah they wanted 50 dollars for a sheet of the formica, so i said no thanks for now lol thanks a ton for everyones help! ____________________ www.graphicdisorder.com Design - Print - Screenprint - Embroidery - Vinyl & More. | |
