ROADHOUSE GRAPHIX & DESIGN

After they shear your plates to size, you take router with a 1/8" radius bit(use some WD-40 when doing this) and smouth all edges and corners...u can use small sander also...I then drilled 2 holes one ea. in 2 corners for a 10-24 counter sunk machine screw...so they lay flush and just out of your print area. Then you can place rubber if you wish.I made 4 diff. sizes from sml childs to 5xlg. shirts. saved me well over $1500.00...also built my own exposer unit, wash out booth and conveyor dyer...Dont buy what you can build or barter for. Money spent is profit lost!!
