Ok, well then how do you reclaim your screens now?.....by allowing the ink and chemicals to drain into the yard? I could only imagine how many zoning or even environmental laws your breaking by openly disposing of your waste into your backyard.

A washout booth serves several purposes, not least of which is to make the process convenient and to increase productivity. A standard reclaim booth does not offer filtration, which may be needed for use with a septic system. The problem with septic systems is that ink and emulsion are not biodegradable. So in time the solids will fill your septic system and will require you to have them pumped out. The other major issue is that the chemicals used to clean your screens raise the PH levels in the septic system and may cause the natural enzymes to die...these are needed in a septic system for obvious reasons. This is especially true for emulsion removers.

So, in essence what you will need to do is determine whether the costs of a filtration and reclaim booth are more than having your septic system pumped about once per year or so. Either way, your current system is a blatant disregard for the environment tells me that your concerns are mostly aligned towards saving money.

In any situation, you still need a washout booth for indoor use. Consider a booth like this one below. It's Under $500, ships UPS, can be illuminated from the back, uses a standard drain fitting and will work for both stencil development and reclaiming.
