No! Water that goes into curb-side storm drains often flows untreated to local creeks and rivers.

Read the tech sheet and MSDS, but this stuff can usually go down your drains, the same place your personal waste goes!

BTW, a submersible pump in your barrel couls also aid the transfer of this. The solids which should settle could be collected and disposed of separately.
