Whats going on With Smart Designs? back in 2008 they said their SDX4 was coming out in a month... That was over a year ago!!! The only thing they offer is their BUG FILLED SDX3... and rather then get a refund for their program that does not work properly, they ask you keep with the promise that the SDX4 will be out within 30 days. Well I returned mine in March. Here it is Aug... and the new version is still not available. If I would have kept it I would not have been able to return it for a refund or stop payment on my charge card this late. So if you are looking to purchase their software... check it before you register it... and if you too get a buggy version... DO NOT KEEP IT with their empty promise of the newer version being shipped in 30 days. That's pure B.S. Its bad enough you are guys are WAY OVER PRICED as it is... but to decieve and lie to people is retarded. I guess this is why your sales are dropping to the point where you have to offer buy 1 get 1 free deals huh? And what's up with the spamming??? I get so much spam mail from them. I never signed up on any mailing lists etc. And I requested to be removeed like a dozen times. Come on Smart Designers... Start getting smart... and start making good on your promises... and STOP SPAMMING PEOPLE!!! | ||
