Hey i see there hasn't been much action here lately, but when I was looking at this program I checked out what [people had to say here, so I thought it only right to post a message when I had something to say! And I say "Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!" WE bought version 2 and then 3.1 and it was frankly a little complicated. I couldn't get the employees behind it, then I downloaded the newest version and gave it a try, and WOW has it made a difference in my business. My sales manager has gotten on board and that says something! Anyway I haven't found an easier way for making quotes and then converting to work orders, then invoices and e-mailing customers. This program is the bomb. We haven't even attempted any work with the order sceduling and keeping track of production, I am happy enough to be able to have two different people quote the same job and come up with the same price! we don't lose quotes now, and can do follow ups and keep track of each job. We have only scratched the surface of what this program can do to help us on a daily basis. and there's a new update that I understand upgrades the scheduling portion so we have that to look forward to. I balked at the price at first, but now that I have it in everyday use I would gladly pay that and more, because it's that good! Try it you WILL like it!! Ron Body Cover | ||
