Are you guys still in business?? I have tried everything to get a response, emails, faxes, phone and no response. I buy my ink paper and other supplies through you but if I don't get some help soon, I will tell everyone I know that your company doesn't give a damn about their customers. I have reinstalled Fast Films and Fast Rip due to a program error in photoshop requiring me to reinstall. I now get the message saying "Could not complete the fast films command because an error occured loading the plugin" Also it takes me to the http://www.paceap.com/ilwebdnld4.html website, but I ran the program and it still does not work. I know I am missing something. All I need is a 10 min phone call, you can charge me for it but someone please call!!! -Chris | ||
