| Depending on what version of Freehand you are using but open your properites , then normally there is a tab for object and document. Pick document and a window shows up that says letter.. and you can pick portrait or landscape, You can drag down to tabloid, walla 11X17 portrait or landscape, also you can chose custom, 12 X 12 or whatever. I find it necessary to also view my page rulers and change them to inches so you can see what you are doing while you are working.. centerlines etc..
