The machine will not print. "Front paper Jam" is the message on the screen, there is no paper to be seen in the front or rear rollers. "feed legal" alternates with the jam message, though there is paper in the machine, manual feed and tray. This is happening upon start up for test print as well as regular printing operations. The machine was working fine on previous work day. This problem has happened in the past, but opening the front cover, taking out the toner cartridge and putting it back has remedied the situation. That circus clown trick has not worked this time. The machine is a 1998 unit we bought new,1200x1200 dpi, 32 ram, and a page count of 21,000. Any suggestions? | ||
