| Have you tried calling their tech support? You have to pay, but it's worth it. Sometimes a rubber roller gets coated with paper dust and needs to be cleaned with an appropriate solvent. I've used "Dull-It Cleaner" on my Xante and fax machine with good results...Paul | ||
