Hi folks, I have been using an 8300 with autotype delta film for years. Because it is getting harder to find toner, and because the 11x17 page size is limiting, I recently bought an accel-a-writer 3g on ebay. I cannot get the film to feed through the manual feed on top. Even with the driver set to "thick film and transparency". It goes in less than an inch, then stops. I'm pretty sure this printer should be able to handle this film. I wonder if the feed mechanism has problems. 32# paper has a similar problem, regular 20# paper feeds fine. Anyone have any input? I hate to think I wasted my $$ on this printer, and I hate to put more $$ into it as well. take it easy Sue [Edited on 6/6/08 by Castanea] | ||
