| Try a transport mode cleaning . Make sure you have ink in all 4 carts With the printer on Pull out all 4 ink carts out half way until all ink out lights are on. Turn the printer off wait until the pump stops and printer goes off . next push all ink carts back in and turn the printer on wait 7 minutes until complete Test again. if that doesnt do it. try soaking the black head with head cleaner or windex. start a cleaning cycle once the printhead begins to move unplug the printer. move the printhead to the left and fill the capping station with cleaner. slide the printhead back to the right and let it soak in cleaner overnight and test again. hope this helps Paul | ||
