Try a transport mode cleaning . Make sure you have ink in all 4 carts With the printer on Pull out all 4 ink carts out half way until all ink out lights are on. Turn the printer off wait until the pump stops and printer goes off . next push all ink carts back in and turn the printer on wait 7 minutes until complete Test again. Its Possible the pump can be clogged and you will need a tech to disassemble or download the manual and clean the pump. Also the ink dampers may need to be cleaned.
