| i was sold a R1900 with the Accurip software. I have worked for three days trying to get it to run film through on a roll. This is possibly the most frustrating thing I have done is 15 years in this business. I updated my Corel to x4 and it still will not allow me to print halftone seperations on the film. The strange thing is that it will print halftone seperations on paper. It continually is showing a paper jam and then it runs six feet of film through when I shut it off and turn it back on. Do I keep it? or send it back? Any suggestions on what I should buy? I was probably printing an average of 30-35 13 x 18 sheets from my laser printer a week. Did I mention through all of this that I have ran a roll of film through it and the black toner is half empty already and I have not printed out one successful job yet? Please help! | ||
