Sorry that I did not reply back to you. Yes the image is to high. The image can't go down low enough? The desing cant be embroydered close to the front bottom of the cap. I feel like its alitle to hig. Your only able to embroider 2" hight. I hear that the New PR620 have improved the cap attachment. You might want to check it out... | ||
