Actually, you may remember that though he may have sent spam emails to 25,000 board members (active or not), it was only a dozen or so people who initially complained, and set themselves up as the declared entitled mutineers. Robert scoffed this attitude. In some people's minds, emails, junk snail mail, dinnertime phone calls are all legitimate marketing tools to help make them money. Those of us who don't really care if they make money or not are labeled as troublemakers who just don't understand our system.. | |
