According to a chemical profile website I was on the other bichromate emulsion, potassium dichromate, and diazobenzine are carncinagenic (cancerous) Maybe thats why the dual cures say diazo instead of diazobenzine (actual chemical name) because if you do a search for diazo you come up with a bunch emulsion hits but if you search for diazo benzine you get a kinds of hazardous chemical website.... just aboout anything these days seems to come up in the news for being cancerous or somekind of bad side effect. If you ever read the MSDS sheets on some of the chemicals we use as screenprinters it is all nasty stuff.... All we can do really is make sure we wear the appropiate protective clothing.... Personally I have been migrating twords the organic materials but I havent seen any organic emulsions yet .... Good Luck | |
