If you can calibrate your integrator, I suggest making 60 units, 60 seconds. This helps to monitor if the lamp is producing less UV energy as it ages. Check at the first of each month. When it tales 90 seconds to expose for 60 units, you know your lamp has aged. You get to decide when to replace the lamp based on performance, rather than when it dies. If you can't calibrate, it should only take you 22 seconds to see how many units equal 22 seconds. You have spend way too much time guessing. Get a Stouffer 21 Step Sensitivity Guide. US$7.00 to US$ 12.00 depending where you buy it. ![]() It is a small film positive with pure black on one end, clear on the other and 21 steps in between. I will tell you if how well you have hardened the stencil. Aim for a solid step 7. ![]() http://www.ulano.com/FAQ/FAQexposure.htm#Q1 [Edited on 9/18/08 by richardgreaves] ____________________ Richard Greaves, ASPT Ulano Corp.
