30 days should not effect your diazo sensitizer that much after you mixe it with water, but if you only used a half gallon in 30 days, you should think seriously about buying quarts if you want to use a diazo dual-cure.

QX-1 is an excellent choice because it is pre-sensitized at the factory, and has an 18 month shelf life the way you are storing it. It will easily hold 42 line - 65 line halftones and will expose faster than Proclaim.

I second Calibrated's advice on writing the sensitizer mix date on the label so you have a clear memory.

93°F for an extended time, WILL shorten your shelf life.

Feeling the inside of the screen after washout is a good test for penetration, BUT, if the stencil dissolved and went down the drain, something must have failed.

Your screens earlier this month worked OK, so only you will know what if anything else changed in your proceedures or materials except the emulsion.

The stencil you took outside is the clincher - the stencil is no longer sensitive to UV radiation.
