| willflex oasis yes you can add water its water based the carrier used in these inks is water hence waterbased preferably youd want to add 25% nf base to soften the white ink remember that the nf activator is less aggresive than the zfs, 6%-8% should be fine maybe even too much, youll need to test your garments to see how it reacts we have had great results with 3%-4%, also remember that when you add higher percentages of activator it does not completely dissolve so you will end up having an abrasive mixture in the screen and breakdowns will occur more rapidaly. as a rule we strain our discharge through a piece of t-shirt material before goin on press. hope this helps this is practical application and not theory it works!some idiot i worked with used to use %20 activator he would not listen the shirts he was trying to use were not dischargable bottom line! wafi!!! | ||
