i figured it out after talking to a tech at sartorius. the tech said that it might be stuck in a calibration mode. i looked in the manual and found the instructions to calibrate - hold down the tare button until 5000 is displayed. i then put a 5000 gram bucket of GNS Base on the scale (weighed out on our new PMA7500 scale) i think i pressed the tare again (i dont remember) and it accepted the calibration. turned the scale off, then back on and the blinking stopped, the scale works fine. hopefully this might help someone else out. | ||
