What temp have you been curing at? The common "norm" for curing t-shirts is: lights at 325df and darks at 350df. The small and extra small g2000 light pink shirts are made with a loser weave than there counterparts. I ran into that printing for a girls party club here in Houston. You just have to reset the temp and belt speed. What has worked for me is adjusting the temp down to 330 at a belt speed of around 20. If this fails you reduce your heat to 300f at a belt speed of 25. Then heat-press for 15 seconds at 350. Also check your gate heighth on your dryer. If it is dropped too low you scortch shirts real easy. Note: Make sure your G2000 garment is laying absolutely flat when running through the dryer.
