I am fairly new at this still. I use Jerzee shirts a lot, but sometimes get the Gildans. I have customers that want a color from their chart and other that prefer a nice Gildan shirt over a Jerzee. My problem is this,, I have had 3 orders that the ink has washed off of the Gildan shirt. It is not on all of them, just the shirts with a large field of color such as a rectangle or large square. The smaller graphics do not do this. We purchased new squeeges, turned up out dryer, shortened the flash time and I don't know what else. Our only option at this point is to stop using the Gildans. We use Triange ink and sometimes Wilflex if Triangle doesn't have the color we need. Is there anyone out there that has experienced this problem and can help? We are just at a loss on what to do now.
