Hi everyone! I'm a student at the University of Connecticut, and I'm currently working on my senior project. I am working with a screenprinting business, and I am trying to help them with some of their problems.

My clients problem is that she has basically been selling her items only for what each individual customer is willing to pay. She is doing this to prevent losing her customers to competitors, but as a result sometimes hardly makes a profit.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to stay competitive with pricing yet still make a decent profit? (besides learning about competitors) Have you known of any businesses that have had the same problem? Or has it happened to you personally? If so,what did they/you do to fix it?

Thanks!
