  If she is talking one or two of the same size you may have miss counted but probably not. I she's talking different sizes like 2sm 1m 4lg she screwed up and you should have the paper work to back yourself up.

I get every order either through e-mail or have the client write it out or some make spead sheets and print them out. Always keep the origanal order sheet.

Then when we're boxing everything up we write on the box in felt marker what is in each box. All bills are by size as well.
If it's a very good client who places large orders I will print up the so called missing shirts for free. If it's a PITA client who always comes up short I'll make them count every order they place and match it to the order they gave me.
