I have a HIX N-840 that has an air valve leaking whenever the machine is engaged. When it is not doing anything the valve does not leak. On the valve is the name Pneumadyne and the number 0570501 I have called HIX and "all service personale are busy" so I tried sending emails and I get "Delivery to the following recipients failed". I sent it to sales, customer service, and everyone else's emails I could find on there. I also tried a Pneumadyne distributor and they said I have 2 too many numbers but not sure which two. I also tried to look it up by a picture chart but there is none on the HIX website (that I can find). I also tried looking at the parts list but the only thing on there that has a pic is the rubber mat. I think I can figure out "pad replacement kit" but what does a "ASSM AIR QUICK EXHAUST PCQE-2" look like??? NO Picture I do not know! This really sucks... Glad this is a cheap heat press... $2400 is cheap right? Ed | ||
