Ok let me try to explain my situation. I don't know all the correct terms to explain my problem, but I will try to the best of my ability.... When my press rotates from pallet to pallet it did not make it up completely. It would get stuck in between the cycles not alligning with the forks. I had called Phil and he helped me the best he can during the time we had. We had noticed that the snap action swith was ripped out of the machine. We left it at that. I rigged it up since I was not able to get it ordered in time for tomorrow. It seemed to work but not like it used to. I used to set the Flood to 2.Now when I do that it cycles and hits really rough. Set it to 3 its alot better but not smooth as it should be. I noticed that the indexer (I think thats what its called, the part that moved the pallet arms)wobbles alittle causing it to hit alittle close to the guids. To me it looke like the block is worn. Can that be ordered and replaced?? is that part of the problem. I don't think replacing the switch will completely correct the problem. it looks like I will have to replace the block. To completely fix the problem. Is thee someone who can help. I will call Phill and Monty and anyone who I think Might help me tomorrow. But just wanted to see if someon ehere on the board cold help me tonight. I have 1850 4/cf 1/cb shirts to complete By Monday. Any suggestion woul dbe greatly appriciated. Thank You Ronnie | ||
