Christine, I would recommend you be VERY, VERY CAREFUL what you write here as I don't think you really want me to take this public. The press you built me had NEVER been made before and there was no mention or call from the MFG stating that it would be built differently than a 30x40. You are treading on thin water here and I will take this public if you want me to - and start an entire new thread and post here and on other boards and sites as well if you want to try to resolve this that way - not the way I would recommend doing so though. I will refrain from pushing this further here, unless you really do want to go there, but be warned I don't think this is the way you want to resolve this customer issue.
