  I do, but so far no one has listened...

I have talked with Adam who agrees with me -even if he has no power to help me.

I have talked with Randy at OTS who agrees with me and has no power to help me.

I have talked with Eugene at Anatol who believes there are engineering fixes that could help me, but the official position of Anatol is they want to 'sell' those changes to me rather than implement fixes on a machine that is still under warranty.

I have talked with Christine who plays a plausible deniability game rather than really work to help me.

I haven't talked to you Paul - maybe you are outside of my area.

I have two of your presses and used to be a very vocal supporter of them, but have decided the next time I need to buy a press I am going back to looking at all options again as I am starting to feel that there is a lack of commitment being shown by Anatol with those who service larger contract printing and our needs.

I would be glad to discuss further and really don't want to detail my displeasure on these boards, but am starting to think that may be the only way I will ever get someone to do more than listen and send me a bill to fix something that really should not have transpired in the first place.

Just .02 from an owner who committed to your company for my screen print machine needs.
