| I would like to see an off press registration system. We have side screen holders, active ( micro side ) and passive. You would need one extra set of active bars that would locate with drill pins on the press and quick clamp attachment. The active bar being removable and put to a light table where screen is installed and registered,using the micros just like you were setting up on the press, with this done you simply place onto the drill pins clamp into position and presto faster on press setup than tri lock or newman pin system. No special pallets, jigs in your exposure unit or carrier sheets with punched holes, no additional pins on the ends of frames to install or break, this works with wood, newman, diamond, round or square frames. The screen room has room for error as it is registered with what is actually used on press at the light table. | ||
