Thanks for your post. I agree that you shouldn't have to complain on a public forum to get customer service. We view the forum as a way to "discover" opportunities to improve Anatol. Whether it's our process or our product, our goal is to improve, so we can continue to lower the cost of ownership of an Anatol piece of equipment.

We are also looking for feedback on how we can make our press more user friendly. Darryl has given us a couple of ideas that would make his life easier and we are developing them as we speak.

So Michael.... Have you got any suggestions on what Anatol can do better to earn your confidence?
