	I firmly believe one should not have to complain in a public forum in order to receive customer service. Always got the feeling M&R was not too crazy about seeing most of the customer problems / complaints in these forums(and this is not to stroke RH et al). But, if I read you right Anatol discovers a lot of their problems here - and that just does not overwhelm me with confidence.
