Anatol reps and service are stepping up there game...I,m told by an inside source they may have some retro fit part for us that need it's (I dooooo!). It good to know they are listen to us out here in the field and trying to take care of our needs. With any press comes problems ,but fixing that problem quick or answering the call will sell more presses and if Anatol keep checking these forums and calling customers just to see whats up...they got me for life and I will recommend there presses to any one Need One!
