Dan, while I can appreciate your concerns. We are trying to rectify and resolve the issues that you are having with your equipment. As per our phone conversation the parts for the automatic machine are in stock and can be shipped today. Our company policy is that the parts for the machine that are still under warranty are free of charge, but the customers’ responsibility is to cover the shipping cost. This is the standard policy in our industry. In regards to your Flash Cure our service department provided a new fan. We tried to diagnose and fix the Flash Cure problem over the phone but we were not successful. As we discussed that Anatol Service will be happy to fix the Flash Cure but it needs to be shipped back to Anatol for repair. | ||
