| Anyone own a servo Q-Runner? I bought 2($6000 each) & now the blower fan in one of them is broken & Anatol has not solved this issue & now aren't even replying back to me. The cylinder type blower starts to wobble & my whole machine(Stratus 6 color) starts to shake. The fan bows out while spinning and starts grinding the housing. They sent me a new blower, I had to pay for shipping, but the motor was on backwards & I had to re-drill new holes to flip it. The new blower sucks too, I still have the loud grinding/rattling situation. When I run the head & flash without the blower, ink starts to dry in the screen & now my other Q-Runner is starting to vibrate a little. Hope someone out there knows how to fix this because now it seems Anatol has decided to ignore me. | ||
