It's quite possible the buyer is looking for those who are leaving the industry. Any time there is a shaking out in our industry or a downturn in the US economy, some will part from us to pursue other options. Rather than just dropping the customers, they can sell their contact list to others who aren't leaving. At least that is my guess.
