| We ran a exersice when I was R&D manager at Abercrombie. We tried to train our 88 graphic designs to be "High end" what we found in the long run it was cheaper and easier to outsource to an expert. Serichrome, Marshall Color Studios, we send the a file and films show up a day later, 90% perfect fist time around. After weighing the cost of training, and that person quiting and taking that knowledge with them, we went the outsource route. | ||
