Well, ASAPSCREENPRINT, then I guess there is something seriously wrong with my setup, since I can easily hold 5% dots at 65LPI on 305TPI mesh...

Maybe I should use cheaper emulsion, vellum, or lower the tension of my screens to correct this? Wait, I bet the problem is my single point exposure unit... I should probably replace it with one that uses fluorescent tubes.

While I'm at it, I guess I should call all my customers that I've printed hundreds of thousands of shirts for over the past few years, mostly 10 to 12 screens on darks, and notify them that their 5% dots are 'illegitimate' or something. Maybe I can get them to scrape off and return all the illegitimate 5% dots so that I can weigh them and give refunds for the cost of the illegitimate ink.
