I built a table top unit using hinge clamps. The base was 1/2" particle board with two 1x2 ribs glued and screwed lengthwise underneath to keep it flat. Added a perimeter frame and some shorter spacer pieces of 1/2" x 3/4" stock on top of the base to create an open space for the vacuum. Topped it all off with 1/8"pegboard glued to the perimeter frame to seal it up. Bored a hole in the bottom of the particle board to accept a PVC elbow into which I stick the snoot of my shop vac. I marked off on the pegboard the 18 x 24 space for the coroplast yard signs, and taped off all the other holes. Works good, holds the coroplast down, but you can lift a corner to take the printed piece off without shutting off the vacuum. I also rigged up a counterweight to hold the frame up while I switch sheets of coroplast. Somewhere I have a photo I'll post. I think it's on my other computer.
