We have been getting a lot of requests for warm-up jackets that look like they are nylon, but they are in actuality 100%poly. We have tried a number of different inks on these jackets and still are experiencing tremendous bleeding problems.
We have lowered our dryer temp, ran the jackets at a faster belt speed and tried poly inks with catalyst even tried pre-bleeding the garments. After a couple of days, the material bleeds. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, any advice?
