On Ebay you can search for self weeding ink jet transfer paper. I have read from some of the forums that the paper coming from Asia can be "tricky". The stuff below is the same paper and they recommend using sublimation ink ... but the Tshirt forum posting tried both pigments and sublimation.

This stuff in the link below is different and new from one of the major US heat transfer paper OEM and sold through Conde. It uses both an ink jet and laser to create the transfer.

I don't have any "hands on" but going to try it out. I would recommend this over the Ebay papers, you can get a free sample pack per the email "blast" I got from Conde.
