I have a 3000 sitting in the corner of my shop, waiting to be used as a boat anchor. I was given it for free, but the heads were completely wasted, unable to un-clog them. I sent it to Levi Brothers who installed new heads, thoroughly cleaned and refurbished it, all for about $300 plus shipping both ways (another $100). I also let it sit once too often after using it for dye-sub, now the heads need to be replaced again. I gave up on using inks, I went to a Oki 3200 laser.
