Ok, I'm definitely not an IT person but hopefully someone on here can help me out.

I have a Dell computer here at work with FastRip 8.5 and an Epson 4800 Pro printer for films. Recently I was trying to print some films and my FastRip program informed me that the "dongle was unknown or invalid". Well, I know it's not so I switched it around to a different USB port on my computer (apparently the one it was in is having some problems since I plugged my mouse into it and well.. it wasn't working... anyway...) but now it seems to be working fine.

I re-started my computer and I got this error window that popped up saying "OpenThreadToken failed" with the words "RIP and PRINT" on the title of the box (sorry, I don't know the technical term... not an IT person unfortunately).

Now, does anyone know what I have to do to fix this or am I royally screwed? I can't print my films until this is fixed. If you need any more info let me know.

Thanks for any help!
