Well, for what it's worth, I was also having problems with Zone Alarm (though Lance has seemed to solve them now) I changed to Nod 32 and the Windows included firewall. Nod 32 v4 is available as a 30 day trial, and I was then able to buy it from Newegg for about $20, rather than the $35 or so from ESET. The version I actually bought was v3, but it makes no difference, because all you want is the key number, and it will update and upgrade. This AV program is reputed to have an extremely small footprint and seems very unobtrusive. So far, a real thumbs up here! ____________________ This place used to be something very special. | |
